7. Automated Data Collection
Any extraction, collection, or use of data from the AdCoach AI site by automated means (robots, crawlers, scrapers, or similar technologies) is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Fitness Vendor SAS.
8. Security
Any unauthorized access, alteration, disruption, or misappropriation of the Platform or its computer systems is prohibited and may result in legal proceedings under Articles 323-1 et seq. of the French Penal Code.
Meta OAuth tokens are encrypted in Supabase Vault. Data isolation between users is guaranteed by Postgres Row-Level Security (RLS). All communications are encrypted via TLS 1.3.
9. Subprocessors and DPA
Fitness Vendor SAS has entered into data processing agreements (DPA) with its principal subprocessors. The complete list and legal frameworks for transfers outside the EU are available on the Subprocessors page.
To obtain a copy of the AdCoach AI DPA or a product-specific addendum (B2B GDPR audit), submit a request to contact@fitness-vendor.com with the subject "AdCoach AI DPA Request". Response time: 7 business days.
10. Governing Law
This site and AdCoach AI services are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cherbourg.
